About the Project
Since the 1960’s our goal has been to build high quality housing for the Teton County community. Beginning with the development of Cottonwood Park in in the early 80’s and continuing thru the construction and operation of Blair Place Apartments, our Cottonwood Park Homes project represents the final phase of our vision. Frankly, we have run out of land to build upon!
When designing and building these homes, or primary goals included:
- Roughly 2,000-2,500 sf
- 3-4 bedrooms
- Open floor plans
- Large common space
- Over-sized garages (for all our toys)
- Mix of single and two-story floor plans
- High quality finishes and interior selections
With the completion of our last house in January 2022 we are please to have eight high quality, long-term rental homes for Teton County families.
